The one time I cut it, I cut it for Locks of Love. Actually, my mother cut it for me. My hair is always bland. I hate it but my mom won't let me cut it. I'm trying to make a list of reasons why she should let me get it cut for my 14th birthday. I found that of the above list numbers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 all apply to me.
